Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all custom Cole Buxton tags and dust bags are included to avoid rejection.
Ship the Parcel
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.
Processing & Refund
Once received at our warehouse, your return will be inspected within 5-7 business days, and funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
